Healing that lasts.
Growth that matters.
Hi, I’m Dr. Zach Trevino
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate the hard parts of life with honesty, curiosity, and care. My work focuses on adult men and couples—people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their relationships, and create change that lasts.
As a Latino therapist, I believe culture, identity, and story shape who we are. In therapy, we make space for all of it—the resilience, the struggle, and the hope.
Beyond the therapy room, I train and mentor future clinicians as the Director of Clinical Training at Antioch University, helping them bring compassion and integrity into their own work. My goal is simple: to help you feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to build.
Therapy that feels real and helps you live with intention.
